Communityassociation managers, alcoholic, beverages and tobacco, home inspectors, mold remediation or assessment. Talent agents, athlete agents, employee leasing, slot machine, yacht and ship broker license applicants.

 

DCF (Department of Children and Families clearinghouse prints)

Level II background check-live scan. For personnel in childcare. Summer camp programs. Mental health developmentally disabled care. *Please provide an OCA # issued by regional office.

 

Department of juvenile justice

 

DHSMV (Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles)

Level II live scan background screening for motor vehicle, mobile home and recreational vehicle dealers' licensees, commercial driving school instructors, agents and employees.

 

DOACS (Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services)

Division of licensing, security and firearm (D&G) license, private investigator (C or CC) license, pawn broker, and all other F.S. 493 applicants.

 

 DOEA (Department of Elderly Affairs clearinghouse prints)

Level II background check-live scan for aging network providers& volunteers, CDC+, long-term care ombudsman volunteers. *Please provide an OCA # issued by regional office.

 

DOH (Department Of Health)

Nursing students. Massage therapist, pharmacist, Psychology. Board or athletic training. Doctors, and all other groups under the health department, Level II background check-live scan. The fingerprints are retained by FDLE and they are a part of the clearinghouse.

 

Florida Office of Financial Regulation

Background screening for collections agency or control persons.

 

Medicaid

Level II background check-lives can. The fingerprints are retained by FDLE and they are a part of the clearinghouse.

 

VECHS (Volunteer & Employee Criminal History System):

For qualified entities providing some type of 'care" or "care placement services for children, the elderly or the disabled.
